For those frustrated with the increasingly slow TS3 ordering system, this may be welcome news.
1. Baker & Taylor is increasing bandwith so this should reduce network congestion.
2.BT is also implementing a cart retention policy of 24 months to further optimize performance by reducing the number of "dated" carts.
