New COMS Monthly Pre-Selection Cart Divisions

Previously the monthly pre-selection lists consisted of the following carts:
COMS __/10 – FIC
COMS __/10 – NF – 000-699
COMS __/10 – NF – 700-999

To save branch staff time, the carts will be broken down additionally designating carts that would contain items of branch interest and those of primarily Central only interest.

Therefore there will be more carts for CEN to look through but the same number of titles.
