At long last, there is finally an update to Balay's Guide to Reference Books (1996)!
An email from Marianne says it's
"called Guide to Reference. It is a librarian’s or library student’s tool. It basically reviews reference tools. You can do a search or browse by subject. If you create an account, you can save records for future use. "
